Desi G was born and raised in Vancouver BC, Canada, on May 13th, 2008. Desi has a passion for learning new things, connecting with people, and her music. Desi has been influenced by her idol Celine Dion, Billie Eilish and Adele. Music has always been a part of Desi and is ingrained in her identity. Desi started performing onstage when she was 6 years old. She would perform in front of schools, local events and festivals. Desi has had a passion for singing since she was able to string 3-4 words together. She has had involvement in school plays which started when she was 7 years old where she was featured as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz.
