Desi G was born and raised in Vancouver BC, Canada, on May 13th, 2008. Desi has a passion for learning new things, connecting with people, and her music. Desi has been influenced by her idol Celine Dion, Billie Eilish and Adele. Music has always been a part of Desi and is ingrained in her identity. Desi started performing onstage when she was 6 years old. She would perform in front of schools, local events and festivals. Desi has had a passion for singing since she was able to string 3-4 words together. She has had involvement in school plays which started when she was 7 years old where she was featured as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. Between the ages of 8-10 years of age Desi was cast in 3 formal semi professional plays. Desi has also had the honor of being featured in a commercial for Xfinity. Aside to signing and acting, Desi plays several instruments. She currently plays the violin, piano and clarinet and loves to create music. Desi has her music on several social media platforms. On Facebook, one video obtained over 5 million views and currently has 1000’s of followers. Desi is currently working on her first EP album. Desi’s dream is to sing one day on the stages of Las Vegas as her idol Celine Dion.
